All orders are shipped in neutral packaging – no logos, sender names or product references on the outside.

Shipping Area

We currently ship physical home kits to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland.

Important for customers in Switzerland:
Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lab tests can be ordered from anywhere worldwide, but samples must be sended to our European partner laboratory.

Samples from outside the above-listed countries will be tested and then destroyed after analysis (no return shipment possible).

Estimated Delivery Times

• Germany, France: 2–4 business days
• Austria, Belgium, Italiy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland: 2–8 business days
• Lab sample processing: You’ll receive the european address via email after placing your order.
